Since the beginning of my professional career, I have focused on the client experience. From selling bicycles and accessories to medical practice acquisition transition to creating a sales agency focused on textile suppliers, relationship management has been the cornerstone of my development. As I continue down the path of product representation, I look forward to learning more from my clients about their specific business needs and subsequently their goals for personal growth. Without personal relationship management, a sales person is a faceless entity selling a widget. I prefer to close every sale based on a history of established trust and, while this trust may take more time to earn it will yield more growth for both parties in the long term.
